| Consulting and construction. Working closely with our clients, we develop together with well known and high performanced mold maker the optimal injection mold. We support our customers to engineer plastics parts from the beginning right. Important partners in our development work include the University of Freiburg and the Charité Berlin. For innovative ideas we develop, if necessary, new manufacturing techniques. Our particular strength lies in the development of multi-component and multi-molded parts. The latest design and manufacturing techniques enable us to meet very high demands on materials, tools and machinery. One of many examples is an innovative molding process, which allows the production of critical parts for medicine - drinking water technology, we achieved that all different material parts can be molded in one piece and one shot. For this work, we received the Design Award from Modern Plastics International. |
